Our Services

At Sports Rev Pro, our services include sourcing premium raw materials, designing cutting patterns, and assembling garments through a custom cut-and-sew manufacturing process. We also add finishing touches such as personalized labels, prints, and embroidery to match your brand’s identity.

Since all products are custom handcrafted, material and labor costs are included in each project. We do not use pre-made blank clothing. Therefore, once a physical sample is approved, you agree to proceed with the full production. By reading this agreement, you acknowledge that no refunds will be issued once your complete order is received.

Disputes

All disputes must be submitted via email or Instagram direct message, including clear photos, a detailed description of the issue, and a proposed resolution. Our team will review your case and determine the next steps to reach a fair and balanced solution for both parties.

If there are any quality defects or production errors in your wholesale order, we will work together to find a feasible resolution.

Returns

We do not accept returns for physical samples, proofs, or sew-outs that have been approved. Sports Rev Pro maintains strict focus on proof specifications and quality control throughout production. You may request changes to your order during the proof and sample stage — before mass production begins.

Refunds

We cannot offer refunds for graphic design services provided by our team. The creative time, effort, and expertise invested by our designers are non-refundable.

Cancelling a Project

If you choose to cancel your project before wholesale production, you will be billed for all physical samples produced. Physical samples typically cost between $150 and $500, which you can retain along with the digital product concept for future use.

Additionally, a project management cancellation fee applies to cover our team’s time and resources spent coordinating your project. The standard cancellation fee is $250, in addition to the physical sample cost of $150 – $500.

Fabric and Color

When ordering a collection, our team strives to match fabrics and colors across all product styles. For example, if you order multiple sweatshirt styles, we ensure materials are as consistent as possible.

However, minor variations may occur due to fabric sourcing and dye processes. Cancellations or refund requests will not be accepted on this basis. Please refer to our catalogue for design references and material specifications.

Shipping Address

Sports Rev Pro is not responsible for verifying the accuracy of the shipping address you provide. We are only responsible for shipping orders to the address you supply.

Any delivery delays, damages, or issues caused by shipping companies must be resolved directly with the courier. Please note that Sports Rev Pro is not liable for customer service matters related to third-party shipping providers.
